ACCOUNTANT (ARABIC ONLY) Job

We are seeking an Accountant to join our team.
Responsibilities:
* Process payments accurately and in a timely manner.
*Maintain records of financial transactions and contracts.
*Prepare and finalize payroll for employees, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies.
*Document financial transactions by entering account information.
*Handle and replenish petty cash, ensuring proper documentation.
*Prepare cheques and facilitate the payment process.
*Conduct regular reconciliations of accounts and resolve discrepancies.
*Provide support during audits and ensure compliance with established standards.
*Summarize current financial status by collecting information, preparing balance sheet, profit and loss statement, and other reports.
*Substantiate financial transactions by auditing documents.
*Maintain accounting controls by preparing and recommending policies and procedures.
*Reconcile financial discrepancies by collecting and analyzing account information.
*Secure financial information by completing database backups.
*Maintain financial security by following internal controls.
*Prepare payments by verifying documentation and requesting disbursements.
*Maintain and protect operations by keeping financial information confidential.
*Prepare financial reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing account information and trends including predictable executive reports cash flows.
*Stay informed about changes in financial regulations and best practices.
*Reporting Stock availability and accuracy of the sales.
Requirements:
*Bachelor’s degree in accounting or a related field.
*Min. 5 years of relevant accounting experience.
* ICAEW / ACA certificate or CPA license holder
*Previous auditing and bookkeeping experience are highly preferred.
*Proficiency in payroll processing and payment systems.
*Strong knowledge of financial regulations and compliance.
*Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
*Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
*Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Office.
*Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
*Valid Qatar ID is a mandatory requirement.
*Able to join immediately.
