Acting Human Resources Manager Job

The Acting Human Resources Manager is responsible for managing and handling the full spectrum of Human Resource activities while achieving the Company s overall strategic and financial.
Some Figures to look in.
1. Managing Company staff, including coordinating and supporting the recruitment process.
2. Onboarding newcomers to the company
3. Determining suitable salaries and remuneration.
4. Preparing the necessary support systems for payroll requirements.
5. Developing adequate induction and training.
6. Supporting employee opportunities for professional development.
7. Managing succession planning of staff
8. Assisting with the performance management and review process.
9. Preparing payroll services
10. Strategize the Recruitment, competencies, and skills requirements for the right talent acquisition in liaison with department heads to meet the business objectives.
11. Job Analysis (Developing job description and specification) in liaison with the Line Managers.
12. Design, implements, and monitor the compensation and benefits in line with the company policy and market (Grading structure).
13. Preparing and reviewing the new budget (Direct and indirect costs, other benefits, Manpower planning, business travel, OT, etc.;)
14. Routine Human Resources auditing (i.e. Staff attendance, Overtime, HSE at Site and showrooms ensuring policy compliance)
15. Administering, the PROs in related to the employee (new/renewal Business/Work Visas, visa /QID transfers, medical, fingerprints, Contracts, QID, cancellation, exits etc,)
16. Staff/Labor accommodation management complete cycle (from entry to exit)
17. Staff travel management (visa, air tickets, hotel, travel insurance etc,) for new recruits, leavers and business trips etc,
18. Should be bilingual (Arabic-English)
19. MBA/ Degree holder
20. Qatar HRM experience minimum 5-10 Years'
21. QID Sponsorship Transfer is a must (NOC should provide).
