We are looking for Admin and Claims Handling Support for an insurance firm.
We prefer male candidates from the Philippines with valid QID.
Basic requirements:
With experience on administrative work such as:
O Responding to inquiries from clients via telephone and email, and direct more complicated questions to appropriate staff members.
O Providing general administrative and claims handling support, including crafting documents, data entry and filing.
Prompt and Multi- tasking
experience as insurance coordinator in the hospitals/clinics in Qatar is preferable.
Knowledge in basic insurance process and/or medical insurance terms is highly desirable.
