HUB Business Center is seeking a professional and organized Admin Coordinator / Receptionist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for clients and visitors, providing exceptional customer service while handling administrative tasks to ensure smooth daily operations. This role involves managing client inquiries, coordinating office services, supporting management with documentation and reporting, and maintaining an efficient and welcoming office environment.
With experience in an administrative or receptionist role (experience in business centers or real estate is a plus)
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English (Arabic is an advantage)
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and comfortable using office software.
Presentable, customer-oriented, and able to multitask efficiently.

Must have a valid QID and NOC (for local transfer)
