Operate airless spray machines for application of paints, primers, sealants, and protective coatings.
Prepare surfaces by cleaning, sanding, masking, and applying primers as required.
Ensure uniform application, proper thickness, and smooth finishing per project specifications.
Set up and calibrate airless spray equipment (pressure adjustment, tip selection, nozzle maintenance).
Clean and maintain spray guns, hoses, and components after each job.
Report equipment malfunctions and ensure proper tool upkeep.

Minimum 2 5 years of experience as an Airless Spray Painter in FM, construction, or industrial environments.
Hands-on experience with:
Airless spray machines (Graco, Wagner, Titan or similar)
Paint mixing, thinning, and surface preparation.
Ability to read instructions, safety data sheets, and basic drawings.
Preferred: experience in building maintenance, facility upgrades, and refurbishing projects.
