Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Architect with proven expertise in high-rise building design and execution. The ideal candidate will be responsible for architectural planning, design coordination, and site supervision of multi-Storey and tall building projects, ensuring compliance with local authority regulations, safety standards, and project timelines.
Design and develop architectural concepts for high-rise and multi-Storey buildings.
Prepare detailed architectural drawings, layouts, and specifications.
Coordinate with structural, MEP, and fa ade consultants.
Ensure compliance with local building codes, zoning laws, and authority approvals.
Review shop drawings, material submittals, and design changes.
Conduct site visits to monitor progress and ensure design intent is maintained.
Address technical issues and provide design solutions during construction.
Participate in project meetings with clients, consultants, and contractors.
Ensure quality, safety, and sustainability standards are met.
Bachelor s or Master s degree in Architecture.
Minimum 5 10 years of experience , with strong high-rise building project exposure.
Proven experience in residential, commercial, or mixed-use towers.
Proficiency in AutoCAD, REVIT, SketchUp, and other design software.
Strong knowledge of high-rise construction methods and materials.
Familiarity with local authority regulations and approval processes.
Excellent coordination, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines.

Knowledge of sustainable design and green building standards.
Site supervision and project coordination experience.
