4. Utilize advanced visualization techniques to create high-quality renderings, animations, and presentations for effective communication of design concepts to clients and project stakeholders.
5. Prepare 2D drawings, diagrams, and illustrative materials derived from BIM models for project documentation and client presentations.
6. Ensure compliance with BIM standards, protocols, and best practices throughout the design and construction phases of projects.
7. Continuously update and refine BIM models to incorporate design changes while preserving data integrity and accuracy.
Bachelors or Master's degree in Architecture. 4-7 years proved experience in architectural design with a focus on BIM modeling. Proficiency in BIM software (e.g, REVIT, ArchiCAD) and other design tools such as AutoCAD. Strong portfolio demonstrating expertise in BIM modeling and architectural design projects. Familiarity with BIM standards, protocols, and best practices. Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate within multidisciplinary teams. Attention to detail and commitment to projects deadline. Requirement: Valid (Grade A engineer registration certificate) by municipality of Qatar.
