Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled Architectural Supervising Engineer with strong experience in fit-out and interior works to supervise architectural activities on site. The candidate will ensure that all fit-out works are executed in compliance with approved drawings, specifications, quality standards, and project schedules, particularly within high-rise, commercial, residential, and mixed-use buildings.
Supervise and coordinate architectural fit-out works including finishes, joinery, ceilings, partitions, flooring, and fa ade interfaces.
Ensure fit-out works comply with approved shop drawings, specifications, and design intent.
Review and approve shop drawings, material submittals, mock-ups, and samples.
Coordinate closely with MEP teams to ensure proper integration of services during fit-out.
Conduct regular site inspections to monitor workmanship, quality, and progress.
Identify and resolve site issues related to fit-out execution.
Ensure compliance with local authority, fire and safety, and quality standards.
Prepare inspection requests, snag lists, and progress reports.
Attend coordination and site meetings with consultants, contractors, and clients.
Monitor contractor performance and ensure timely completion of fit-out activities.
Bachelor s degree in Architecture or Architectural Engineering.
Minimum 5 8 years of experience , with proven fit-out supervision experience.
Strong background in high-rise, commercial, retail, hospitality, or residential fit-out projects.
Excellent knowledge of interior finishes, materials, and detailing.
Familiarity with authority approvals, fire life safety requirements, and handover procedures.
Proficient in AutoCAD ; REVIT knowledge is an advantage.
Strong coordination, communication, and problem-solving skills.
GCC / Qatar fit-out project experience
experience with luxury or high-end interiors.
Consultant or PMC background
