URGENT HIRING – ASME SECTION IX QUALIFIED WELDER (CRUSHER ROTOR WELD REPAIR)

Location: New Industrial Area

Duration: Approx. 3 Months

Position: Welder (1 Pax)

Joining: Immediate

Requirements:

* Valid ASME Section IX WQT certification (Mandatory)

* Qualified in GMAW & SMAW processes

* Minimum 5 years experience in heavy / rotating equipment repair

Welding Skills Required:

* GMAW: ER80S- Ni2 (1.6 mm)

* SMAW: E8018- C1 (3.2 mm)

* Capable of all welding positions (groove & fillet)

* Experience in multi- pass welding (GMAW root + SMAW fill & cap)

* Knowledge of preheat (120–150°C) & interpass temperature control (≤165°C)
