Assistant Secretary Position

We are looking for a reliable and organized Assistant Secretary to support our daily office operations and sales activities. The ideal candidate will handle administrative tasks, communication with customers and manufacturers, and provide overall office support.

Key Responsibilities:

- Prepare and follow up on quotations for customers.
- Send, receive, and reply to emails with customers and manufacturers.
- Provide administrative and coordination support to the sales team.
- Manage daily office operations and ensure smooth workflow.
- Organize documents, files, and records (physical and electronic)
- Coordinate meetings, schedules, and appointments when required.
- Assist with order processing, follow-ups, and basic reporting.
- Handle general office tasks such as correspondence, filing, and data entry.
Requirements :
- Previous experience in an administrative, secretary, or office assistant role is preferred.
- Good command of English
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to multitask and work under pressure.
- Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Professional attitude and attention to detail.
