Qualifications:
Proven experience as a Barista (preferred).

Knowledge of coffee preparation techniques and drink recipes.

Excellent customer service skills with a friendly and approachable demeanor.

Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.

A passion for coffee and providing exceptional customer experiences.

Responsibilities :
Prepare and serve a variety of hot and cold beverages, including espresso-based drinks, coffee, tea, and other specialty drinks, according to company recipes and standards.
Operate and maintain coffee equipment, including espresso machines, grinders, and brewing equipment.
Ensure consistent beverage quality and presentation.
Provide excellent customer service, including greeting customers, taking orders, and addressing inquiries.
Maintain a clean and organized work area, including the bar, counters, and customer areas.
Follow health and safety guidelines.
Handle cash and process payments.
Restock inventory and supplies.
Contribute to a positive team environment.
Stay up-to-date on coffee trends and techniques.
