We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Branch Auditor to oversee the financial and operational auditing processes for our Laundry branches. The ideal candidate will ensure compliance with company policies, identify discrepancies, and recommend improvements to enhance operational efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Auditing and compliance:
Conduct periodic audits of branch operations to ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
Review financial records, sales reports, and inventory management to identify discrepancies.
2. Process Evaluation:
Analyze workflow processes and identify areas for improvement.
Verify adherence to quality control standards and operational efficiency.
3. Reporting:
Prepare detailed audit reports, highlighting observations, findings, and actionable recommendations.
Present audit findings to management and suggest corrective measures.
4. Risk Management:
Identify potential risks in branch operations and recommend mitigation strategies.
Ensure compliance with local laws and regulations.
5. Training and Support:
Provide guidance to branch staff on financial accuracy and operational procedures.
Conduct training sessions to ensure adherence to updated policies.
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
Professional certification (e.g, ACCA, Cima) is preferred.
Valid Qatar driving license is mandatory.
Candidates must have a transferable visa with a valid NOC.
