Business Development Manager Needed

We require an experienced, talented and pro-active Business Development executive who will work to improve our Joinery`s market position and to achieve financial growth. This person will define long-term organisational strategic goals in agreement with the seniors within the business, build key customer relationships, identify business opportunities, negotiate and close business deals and maintain extensive knowledge of current market conditions.
Strategic planning is a key part of this job description, since it is the business executive responsibility to develop the pipeline of new business coming into the company. This requires a thorough knowledge of the market, the solutions/services our Joinery can provide, and of the company s competitors.
The main duties of the Business Development Manager can be summarised as follows:
Liaising with Clients
Prospect for potential new clients and turn this into increased business.
Set up meetings with client decision markers.
The client`s needs, concerns, and objectives.
Participate in pricing the solution/service.
Differences to a positive conclusion using a variety of styles to persuade or negotiate appropriately.
Clients Retention
Present new products and services and enhance existing relationships.
Work with technical staff and other internal colleagues to meet customer needs.
Business Development Planning
Attend industry functions, such as association events and conferences, and provide feedback and information on market and creative trends.
Identify opportunities for campaigns, services, and distribution channels that will lead to an increase in sales.
Using same Font knowledge of the market and competitors, identify and develop the company`s unique selling propositions and differentiators.
Ensure that prerequisites (like prequalification or getting on a client list) are fulfilled within a timely manner.
.. Support Business Development Manager in developing and implementing new marketing strategies.
. Work with and expand current prospect database to generate effective leads and meet sales target.
.Respond to incoming Requests for Information (RFIs, RFQs) and Requests for Proposals (RFPs) in a professional and creative manner.
. Lead development and preparation of RFP`s, Pre-Qualification, formal presentations.
. Lead tender preparation and submission in coordination with the technical team.
. Provide regular reports about marketing activities and progress in opened deals.
Main Responsibilities:
1. Reaching sales goals as set by management.
2. Maintain a high level of products and vendors knowledge.
3. Weekly reporting and updates of sales.
4. Carry out lost order analysis.
5. Carry out customer feedback analysis and take necessary corrective and preventive action.
Must have Qatar driving license and must be familiar with complete Qatar markets.
Qatar Driving Licence Mandatory
