Business Development Manager Needed

We are looking for an ambitious and energetic Business Development Manager to help us expand our clientele. You will be the front of the company and will have the dedication to create and apply an effective sales strategy. Interiors / Fit-out specialists in the Qatari market, with experience in interiors / fit out industry. Retail or Hotels will be an advantage.
This role will report directly to the Managing Partners. The ideal candidate will lead initiatives to generate and engage with business partners to build new business for the company. This candidate will be focused and have strong communication skills. They should be able to think critically when making plans and have a demonstrated ability to execute a particular strategy.
The goal is to drive sustainable financial growth through boosting sales and forging strong relationships with clients.
To develop business throughout the GCC and be accountable for the Regional Business Development strategy.

Monitoring and targeting of area key accounts including customer care, contract enhancement and renegotiation.

Identify and develop new Customers and additional revenue streams.

Actively participate in sourcing and tendering of potential local and national contracts.

Encourage new Business Principal Relationships and secure collaborative business partnerships.

Establish rapport with existing customers, understanding their principals and ensuring maximization of the turnover from their products and services.

Build and maintain contact with key client personnel.

Network and effectively develop a sales team with qualified and experienced sales professionals throughout the various business units within the group.

Identify high potential areas and key growth drivers for diversification (both product and geographic) and implement suitable strategies to bring about an ambitious organic growth of the organization.

To take an active role in the business planning cycle and contribute to the continued growth and commercial success of the business.

To take full responsibility for the timely and market competitive submission of bids and tenders as per customer requirements.

Develop Marketing and Sales strategies and utilize suitable tools as advertisements, exhibitions etc to show case the company s products and services.

Be a key team player and work in conjunction with the General Manager to steer the company towards a leadership position in the industry.

Identify new product and business opportunities and industry and competitor changes that may require new strategies or revisions of the business plan.

Develop business profile across the Mena region and throughout all company facilities whilst actively promoting the company s services and products.

Deputize for the Managing Partners during absence and ensure smooth operation of the business.

Manage and develop an effective Sales force across the Mena region and company facilities.
