We are seeking a highly motivated and dynamic Business Development Manager to drive growth for our cleaning services company. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales, excellent communication skills, and a proven ability to build and maintain client relationships. This role will focus on generating leads, closing deals, and expanding the company’s market presence in the cleaning services industry.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Business Development & Sales:
o Identify and target new business opportunities in residential, commercial, and industrial cleaning sectors.
o Develop and execute effective sales strategies to achieve revenue goals.
o Generate and qualify leads through cold calls, networking, and referrals.
2. Client Relationship Management:
o Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure long- term business growth.
o Act as the primary point of contact for client inquiries and concerns.
o Conduct regular follow- ups to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
3. Proposal Development & Negotiation:
o Prepare and present tailored proposals and contracts to prospective clients.
o Negotiate contracts and close deals in line with company objectives.

Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
• Proven experience in business development, sales, or a similar role in the cleaning or facility management industry.
• Strong understanding of the cleaning services market, including client needs and industry trends.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently
• Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel as required.
