CAFM Helpdesk Operator Required

Qualifications:

1. Diploma/Bachelor’s degree in Facility Management, IT, Business, or Engineering

2. Basic knowledge of CAFM software (e.g.,E Facility Maximo, Archibus, Planon)

3. Experience with helpdesk/ticketing systems

4. Understanding of building maintenance (HVAC, electrical, plumbing)

5. Strong communication and customer service skills.

6. Any nationality except African

7. Fluent in English (and preferably Arabic)

6. Ability to log, track, and manage tickets/work orders

7. Familiarity with SLA management and prioritization

8. Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Outlook, Word)

9. Good organizational and multitasking abilities

10. 1–3 years of relevant experience in helpdesk or facility management

11. Valid QID & NOC

12. Tentative project start June 23

13. Location - West Bay
