CAFM Helpdesk Operator - Team Lead

Qualifications:

1. Bachelor’s degree in Facility Management, Engineering, IT Service Management

2. 4–7 years of experience in CAFM/helpdesk operations

3. Strong expertise in CAFM systems (e.g.,e Facility, Maximo, Planon, Archibus)

4. Proven team leadership and supervisory experience

5. Excellent knowledge of SLA/KPI management and reporting

6. Strong decision- making and escalation management skills

7. Advanced communication and stakeholder coordination abilities.

8. Any nationality except African

9. Fluent in English (and preferably Arabic).

8. Experience in workload allocation and team performance monitoring

9. Proficiency in reporting tools and MS Office (especially Excel & dashboards)

10. Solid understanding of facility maintenance operations and compliance

11. Valid QID & NOC

12. Tentative project start June 23

13. Location - West Bay
