We are looking for CAFM Helpdesk Operator - Team Lead

Bachelor’s degree in Facility Management, Engineering, IT Service Management

4–7 years of experience in CAFM/helpdesk operations Strong expertise in CAFM systems (e.g.,e Facility, Maximo, Planon, Archibus)

Proven team leadership and supervisory experience

Excellent knowledge of SLA/KPI management and reporting

Strong decision- making and escalation management skills

Advanced communication and stakeholder coordination abilities.

Fluent in English (and preferably Arabic).

Experience in workload allocation and team performance monitoring

Proficiency in reporting tools and MS Office (especially Excel & dashboards)

Solid understanding of facility maintenance operations and compliance

Valid QID with NOC Immediate joining required
