Job Title: Mobile Car Key Technician (Cutting / Duplication / Programming)

Location: Doha & nearby cities (travel across Qatar as needed)

Work Type: Full- time / Shifts (based on operations)

Salary: Based on experience + attractive commission

Key Responsibilities

• Cut and duplicate car keys (standard + laser/sidewinder when applicable)

• Program transponder keys, remote keys, and smart keys (Add Key / Clone)

• Handle All Keys Lost cases

• Deliver professional on- site service (punctuality + high- quality workmanship)

• Strictly follow customer vehicle ownership verification procedures before any service

• Log each job using a simple form (service type, vehicle details, VIN, amount, payment method)

Requirements

• Proven hands- on experience in car key cutting and programming (minimum 3 years)

• Valid Qatar driving license

• Strong knowledge of key cutting/programming tools and their software/apps

• High commitment to safety, confidentiality, and integrity

• Excellent customer service and communication skills

• Experience in non- destructive car opening + proper opening tools

• Good English language skills

المهام الرئيسية:

• قص ونسخ مفاتيح سيارات (عادي + ليزر/سايدويندر عند توفر)

• برمجة مفاتيح ترانسبوندر وريموت وسمارت كي (Add Key / Clone)

• التعامل مع حالات All Keys Lost

• تنفيذ الخدمة ميدانيًا باحتراف (التزام بالمواعيد + جودة عالية)

• الالتزام الصارم بإجراءات إثبات ملكية العميل قبل أي خدمة

• توثيق الطلبات (نوع الخدمة، السيارة، VIN، المبلغ، طريقة الدفع) عبر نموذج بسيط

المتطلبات الأساسية:

• خبرة عملية في قص وبرمجة مفاتيح السيارات (3 سنوات على الأقل)

• رخصة قيادة سارية (قطر)

• معرفة باستخدام أجهزة نسخ وبرمجة المفاتيح وبرامجها

• التزام قوي بالأمان والخصوصية والنزاهة

• لباقـة وحسن تعامل مع العملاء

• خبرة فتح سيارات بدون أضرار + أدوات فتح

• لغة إنجليزية جيدة
