Job Purpose

To provide excellent customer service, assist shoppers in selecting clothing and lingerie products, and ensure the store maintains high standards of presentation and sales performance.

Key Responsibilities

Greet customers warmly and assist them in finding suitable clothing and lingerie items.

Provide product knowledge, styling advice, and fitting assistance to enhance customer satisfaction.

Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and returns professionally.

Maintain store cleanliness, organization, and attractive product displays.

Process sales transactions accurately using POS systems.

Monitor stock levels and report shortages to the store manager.

Achieve individual and store sales targets.

Uphold company policies, including confidentiality and customer respect.

Qualifications & Skills

Previous retail sales experience (preferably in clothing or lingerie).

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Customer- focused attitude with the ability to build rapport.

Basic knowledge of fashion trends and lingerie fitting.

Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays.

Professional appearance and grooming standards.
