We are looking for below position with 2-3 years industrial catering experience;
Catering Supervisors 3 Nos

Supervise and lead catering staff, including servers, chefs, and kitchen personnel.

Plan and coordinate catering logistics, including setup, service, and cleanup.

Monitor food quality to ensure it meets culinary standards and is presented attractively.

Oversee food preparation and service to maintain freshness and food safety.

Manage catering supplies, ensuring they are well-stocked.

Ensuring that communication is maintained with Catering Manager.

Ensuring that all food and beverage items are presented and served properly.

Maintained smooth and timely operations in preparation and delivery of meals and kitchen sanitation.

Controlling inventories of food, equipment, and report shortages to designate.

Maintaining positive employee relations and a positive team environment.

Maintain a safe and clean working environment for all catering operations.
