Must have noc.
Should know read and understand the Arch Drawings and execute the work as per drawings.
Coordinate tasks according to priorities and plans.
Produce schedules and monitor attendance of workers.
Allocate general and daily responsibilities to sub contractors.
Supervise and train workers time to time
Ensure manpower and resources are adequate and mobilized properly.
Guarantee all safety precautions and quality standards are met.
Supervise the use of machinery and equipment.

Report on progress to engineers etc.
