Purpose of the Role

Role is responsible for lead generation via process of identifying and cultivating potential customers for a business's services. Leads may come from various sources or activities, for example, online enquiries, walk in, phone enquiry, referrals, mass media, out calling. The role is responsible for managing the clients and the aspirants interest.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Contacting potential or existing customers to inform them about the service using scripts

• Respond to incoming/email/walk in enquiries on a timely basis and understand the client requirements and close the deal

• Follow up with pipeline clients and convert them into prospective clients

• Enter and update customer information in the database

• Enforce all administration policies and rules governing students

• Keep track of enquiries from various modes like emails, telephone and direct enquiries and maintaining the record of the same

• Maintaining the record of the students joining the course and also keeping a track of the fees to be paid by the students joining the course

• Prepare reports on students and activities as required by administration

• Manage Payments for Music/Dance Exams, skills test, books and uniform purchase, as well as vouchers and fee events

• Ensure payment for Skills test, Books/Uniform purchase, Vouchers and Fee for Events are through Online IT System

• Go the “extra mile” to meet sales quota and facilitate future sales in line with vision of the academy

• Updating the students about any kind of new happening and development in the courses so that the student is informed time to time about any kind of information relating to any new courses

• Providing information about various courses to the students and guiding them about the best course which will be suitable for them

• Counsel students regarding educational issues such as course and program selection, class scheduling, time adjustment, truancy, preparation habits, and examination planning

• Confer with parents or guardians, teachers, other counsellors, and administrators to resolve students' behavioural, academic, and other problems

• Coordinate and manage discontinuations, make up classes, freeze requests, complaints

• Coordinate and manage for payment for Session Adjustment via online IT
