Job Requirements:

- 1- 2 years of experience in a reputable hotel/restaurant

- Knowledge of South Indian and Chinese cuisine

- Ability to work in a fast- paced environment

- Strong teamwork and communication skills

- Food safety and hygiene certification (desired)

Responsibilities:

- Prepare and cook menu items to perfection

- Maintain kitchen cleanliness and organization

- Assist senior chefs in menu planning and inventory management

- Ensure timely delivery of dishes
