We are looking for a Customer Service Representative based in Doha, Qatar. This is a work- from- home position, but candidates must be located in Doha.

Requirements:

1. Must be currently living in Doha

2. Able to work from home in a quiet environment

3. Arabic & English language skills (does not need to be 100% fluent, but strong understanding is required)

4. Basic technical skills, especially with Google Sheet

5. Strong communication skills

6. Proactive mindset and good problem- solving abilities

Responsibilities:

1. Communicate with customers through phone calls and WhatsApp/text

2. Handle order confirmations, follow- ups, and issue resolution

3. Solve problems quickly and professionally

You will be provided with all the necessary tools: Laptop and Cellular Phone.
