DIRECTOR – REAL ESTATE

• Bachelor’s degree in real estate, finance, business, or a related field is preferred.

• 10- 15yrs of experience in Real Estate, 7+ years as a Director

• Proven experience in bulk or institutional real estate sales, focusing on large- scale property portfolios.

• Strong track record of successfully closing deals with institutional investors, investment funds, HNWIs, or other large- scale real estate buyers.

• An in- depth understanding of institutional investment structures, real estate finance, and portfolio valuation methodologies.

• Extensive knowledge of institutional investment strategies, including capital allocation, portfolio diversification, and acquisition of income- generating assets
