The Office Driver is responsible for providing safe, reliable, and timely transportation for company staff, documents, and materials. The role ensures vehicle cleanliness, routine maintenance checks, and compliance with traffic and company safety regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

Safely transport employees, guests, and company materials as assigned.

Ensure vehicles are always kept clean, fueled, and in good working condition.

Conduct regular vehicle checks and report any maintenance needs.

Adhere to all traffic laws and company driving policies.

Assist with office support tasks when required (document delivery, bank work, procurement errands, etc.).

Maintain daily logbook of mileage, trips, and fuel usage.

Requirements:

Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.

Minimum 2–3 years of professional driving experience.

Good knowledge of local routes, traffic rules, and regulations
