Key Responsibilies:
With BIM expertise to review, validate, and coordinate electrical BIM models.
Model Review and Quality Control: Validate BIM models for accuracy, compliance, and design integrity.
Coordination: Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to resolve design clashes and ensure seamless integration.
Standards and Documentation: Maintain BIM standards, prepare detailed review reports, and ensure compliance with codes and electrical regulations.
Requirements:
Education and experience: Bachelor s in Electrical Engineering; 5 + years in AEC industry, 5 + years with BIM.
Technical Skills: Proficiency in REVIT, Navisworks, BIM 360; strong understanding of electrical systems and building codes.
