1. Good command of computer and Excel spreadsheet.
2. Documents: daily settlement, draft management (Posting), timely verification of documents; (Sales delivery order, sales return order, branch delivery order, receipt order, transfer order, same price transfer order, inventory check order, other inbound and outbound orders, purchase inbound order, purchase return order, receivable order, multi-warehouse inventory query)
3. Inventory management: arrange daily and monthly orders, deal with differences (report losses and excess rights in the store manager); Ensure inventory accuracy. Coordinate with warehouse manager to manage inventory properly.
4. Accounts receivable management: cash customer receivables management, check check specifications (writing, check date within the account period (can not be collected privately, need to confirm with the store manager); Query the receivables timely remind the salesman to collect.
5. Information delivery (unloading information, price information)
6. Data statistics: daily sales statistics, payment statistics (past receivable statistics, customer payment records during the account period)
7. Regional store reimbursement processing.
8. Strictly implement financial and store related policies, regulations and standard operating procedures, responsible for sales area billing, Posting, inventory accuracy, fund security and information transfer, do a good job in store sales server workflow.
9. Complete other tasks assigned by superiors.
1. Age 30 and below, college degree or above, English CET-4 or above, experience preferred.
2. Cheerful personality, master common office software, solve customer complaints, ERP operation experience is preferred.
3. Familiar with EXCEL function formula, flexible application of office software.
4. Good communication skills and professional ethics, careful work, strong sense of responsibility.
5.Salary from 3000 qar, after the transfer can be 3500, this and the store manager to discuss.
