EXECUTIVE SECRETARY Opportunity

RESPONSIBILITIES
• Oversee the daily office operations, administering and overseeing the office administration processes to ensure the optimal office performance.
• Manage the Office agenda, diary, correspondences and emails.
• Ensure all correspondences and relevant materials are produced in a timely and accurate manner.
• Book meetings, plan events, organize and prepare travel itineraries.
• Ensure effective liaison with the executive apparatus of the organization and its executive leadership through regular correspondence, arranging meetings and prepare briefing materials and other related documents to be presented to the superior.
• Coordinate, attend and take minutes of meetings and any other relevant meetings and follow up on action points from meetings on behalf of the Chairman.
• Maintain the physical and electronic archives and filing system including confidential records
• Prepare and compile confidential documents, and deliver comprehensive and precise briefing to the superior with regards to their content.
• Effectively liaise with relevant internal and external concerned parties to assure the timely and optimal execution of assigned tasks.
- Perform other related duties as assigned by the superior.
SKILLS AND REQUIREMENTS
• Bachelor Degree/Diploma in Secretarial, Customer Service or related field
• Minimum 5 years’ Secretarial and administrative experience
• Discretion and trustworthiness
• Flexibility and adaptability
• Excellent oral and written communication skills (Arabic & English)
• Organizational skills and the ability to multitask
