Female Indoor/outdoor Sales Representative

Overview

We are looking for an enthusiastic and knowledgeable Indoor/Outdoor Cosmetics Sales Representative to join our team. This role combines in- store customer engagement with field- based outreach to promote beauty and skincare products, increase brand awareness, and drive sales. The ideal candidate is passionate about cosmetics, confident with product demonstrations, and skilled at building long- term customer relationships.

Key Responsibilities

Indoor Sales Responsibilities:

- Welcome walk- in customers and provide personalized beauty consultations.

- Demonstrate cosmetic products, including makeup application, skincare routines, and product benefits.

- Recommend products based on skin type, preferences, and customer needs.

- Process sales transactions, manage inventory, and maintain accurate customer records.

- Keep the sales counter, display shelves, and product testers clean, organized, and visually appealing.

- Assist with in- store promotions, product launches, and beauty events.

Outdoor Sales Responsibilities:

- Visit salons, spas, retail partners, and potential clients to promote and sell cosmetic products.

- Conduct outdoor product demonstrations, sampling events, and brand activations in assigned territories.

- Canvass new areas to generate leads and establish new partnerships or retail points.

- Deliver product training to partner stores or beauty consultants as needed.

- Represent the brand at beauty fairs, community events, trade shows, or pop- up experiences.

General Responsibilities

- Achieve or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.

- Maintain deep knowledge of cosmetic ingredients, product formulations, application techniques, and beauty trends.

- Track and report sales activities, customer feedback, and competitor activity.

- Build and nurture long- term relationships with customers and business partners.

Work collaboratively with marketing and product teams to execute campaigns and promotions.

Qualifications:

- Prior experience in beauty, cosmetics, skincare, or retail sales strongly preferred.

- Strong makeup application or skincare consultation skills (formal training is an asset but not required).

- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills.

- Ability to confidently approach and engage customers indoors and outdoors.

- Professional appearance with a passion for beauty and current trends.

- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends for special events.

- Basic computer skills (CRM, POS systems, email).

- Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel for fieldwork.
