About the Position:
We are seeking dedicated and compassionate Registered Nurses to join our esteemed healthcare team in Qatar. The ideal candidates will provide high- quality patient care, demonstrate professionalism, and adhere to healthcare standards. Key Responsibilities:
Patient Care: Provide comprehensive nursing care to patients in various settings, including hospitals, clinics, and community health centers.
Clinical Duties: Administer medications, monitor vital signs, assist with diagnostic tests, and perform therapeutic procedures.
Patient Education: Educate patients and their families about health conditions, treatments, and post- hospital care.
Documentation: Maintain accurate patient records, document care plans, and update medical histories.
Team Collaboration: Collaborate with doctors, specialists, and other healthcare professionals to ensure integrated patient care.
Compliance: Adhere to healthcare regulations, institutional policies, and ethical standards of nursing practice.
Emergency Response: Provide first aid and emergency care as needed, and participate in emergency response training.
Qualifications:
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Nursing from a recognized institution.
Licensing: Valid nursing license and eligibility for licensure in Qatar.
Experience: Minimum of 2 years of clinical nursing experience.
Skills: Excellent clinical skills, strong communication, and interpersonal skills. Ability to work in a multicultural environment.
Certifications: BLS (Basic Life Support) and ACLS (Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support) certifications are preferred.
Legal Certification Requirements:
Qatar Council for Healthcare Practitioners (QCHP): Nurses must obtain licensure from the QCHP, which involves the verification of credentials, passing the Prometric exam, and fulfilling any additional requirements set by the council.
Primary Source Verification (PSV): All educational and professional qualifications must be verified through the DataFlow Group, a process known as Primary Source Verification.
Work Visa: A valid work visa for Qatar, which will be facilitated by the employer.
