We seek a Fit-Out Foreman with experience in interior fit-out projects, preferably in the residential (Villa) sectors.

Oversee daily fit-out operations, ensuring work aligns with project plans, specifications, and quality standards.
Direct and manage subcontractors and labourers, ensuring clear communication of tasks and efficient workflow.
Inspect work regularly to maintain compliance with design drawings and safety regulations.
Allocate materials, tools, and equipment effectively to support project timelines and requirements.
Address on-site issues promptly and collaborate with the Project Manager to resolve challenges as they arise.
Qualifications
Minimum of 2 to 5 years of experience in fit-out or construction projects.
Strong leadership and project management skills.
Preferred Qualifications
Male candidates are preferred.
Previous experience in the Doha or knowledge of regional regulations is a plus.
Philippines / Syrian nationalities are preferred.
