Key Responsibilities

* Set up and operate foaming machines according to production schedules and specifications.

* Monitor foam density, thickness, adhesion, and overall quality during production.

* Adjust machine parameters such as temperature, pressure, flow rates, and mixing ratios to achieve required product standards.

* Prepare and load raw materials, including polyol, isocyanate, catalysts, and additives.

* Conduct routine inspections of pumps, hoses, mixing heads, tanks, and control systems.

* Perform machine cleaning and preventive maintenance as required.

* Record production data, material consumption, machine settings, and quality results.

* Identify and troubleshoot equipment malfunctions and process deviations.

* Coordinate with quality control personnel to ensure compliance with product specifications.

* Minimize material waste and optimize machine efficiency.

* Follow all safety procedures related to chemical handling and machine operation.

* Maintain a clean and organized work area following housekeeping standards.
