Front Desk as Admin Assistant With Accounting

Looking for a candidate for the position of Accountant cum administrative assistant.
Candidate must have Bachelor's degree in accounting with Certified Public Accountant (CPA) Certification or any other Accunting, and should have at least 4-5 years of experience in Accounting With Human Resources and Admin Assistant experience.
Main task in admin
1.Proficiency in MS Office (MS Excel and MS Power Point, ERP/ sage system)
2. Managing Incoming and Outgoing calls. Visitors and Guest Management: Welcoming Guest. Inform the employee of Visitor arrival. Follow up with employees. Arranging tea / coffee and offering for visitors and guests. Co-ordinating for Lunch arrangements, ordering of food.
3.Maintaining First Aid Kit at the workshop. Ensure the same replenished as and when required, with Admin approval.
4.Managing Pantry/kitchen items, Stationery and Business Stationery stock and purchasing, maintaining track.
5.Co-ordinating maintenance complaints of Coffee Machine, Water Dispenser as and when required.
6.Coordination with Driver and movements for in and out duties and maintaining records and preparing their daily schedules.
7.Receiving and tracking of Vendor Bills and Invoices and forwarding the same to the concerned Department including ALthani Book keeping.
8.Assist other dept. As and when required.
9.Complete front desk assistance.
Main task in accounting and sales
1.Authorised to make accounting entries on Sage System.
2.Assist Accounting Department as advised by Finance Manager.
3.Authorised to make sales process.
4.To make accounting works of AL-Thani
5.Carry out Accounting work in replacement of Accounts team.
6.Working on Sage Sales and Stock after trial period.
7.Flexibility and adaptability to assume new roles as required.
8.Knowledge of customer relation, sales process and accounting systems.
9.Strong accounting background and very good communication skills.
