OYYO PLAZA HOTEL is one of the leading hotels located in the heart of Doha City. We are looking for a talented, friendly and flexible Front Office Executives for immediate posting.
Qualification and experience:
Candidates having degree / diploma in Hotel Management OR 1-3 years experience in handling front office, reception and reservation functions in a 4 - 5 star Property, and capable of multitasking, passion to hospitality, customer friendly and fluent in English. Candidates having working knowledge in IDS PMS skill, and who can join immediately will give preference.
Job Description:
Consistently offer professional, friendly and engaging service.
Greet, check in and settle guest accounts while ensuring all service standards are followed.
Maintain accurate records of daily transactions and cash handling, which includes currency exchange and balancing a float.
Handle guest requests, questions and concerns effectively and promptly.
Promote a professional team environment
Follow department policies, procedures and service standards.
Performs any and all other tasks assigned by management.
Upholds the highest standard of internal and external customer service at all times.
Salary and benefits
Monthly salary of QAR 1500 to 1800 + Accommodation + Transport + Annual Benefits as per Qatar Labour Rule.
