General Manager Required in Qatar

Key Responsibilities:
Operational Management:
Manage daily operations, including scheduling, maintenance, and cleanliness of bowling Lanes, billiard tables, and related facilities.
Ensure compliance with safety regulations and maintain a safe environment for both customers and staff.
Manage inventory, order supplies, and oversee equipment maintenance and repairs.
Staff Management and Customer Service:
Recruit, train, and manage employees, including front desk staff, lane attendants, and maintenance personnel.
Set performance expectations, provide regular feedback, and conduct performance evaluations.
Create and maintain a positive work environment that encourages teamwork and high-quality service.
Provide exceptional customer service by addressing customer inquiries, resolving complaints, and ensuring a welcoming atmosphere.
Financial Management:
Prepare and manage the center's budget, including revenue forecasts, expense control, and cost analysis.
Monitor financial performance and identify opportunities to improve profitability.
Events Coordination:
Coordinate and host events, ensuring a seamless experience for guests.
Develop and maintain relationships with corporate clients, event planners, and community organizations to drive event bookings.
compliance and Licensing:
Ensure compliance with all local rules and regulations including health and safety.
Obtain and maintain all necessary licenses and permits whenever required.

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or a related field.
Strong leadership, team management skills, and excellent customer service and interpersonal skills.
Financial acumen and budget management experience.
Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
