Graphic Designer Position Available

We are distributors of internationally reputed brands of Toys and baby products. We are expanding our team of product promoters and demonstrators.
Role Summary:
Graphic Designer is responsible for creating and managing diverse visual assets that represent various brands under the company s umbrella. This role requires adaptability, creativity, and the ability to balance multiple brand guidelines while maintaining the design standards.
Key Responsibilities
Brand Identity Management: Develop, maintain, and adhere to the distinct branding guidelines for each brand distributed by the company. Ensure brand consistency across all visual outputs for various brands.
Design of Marketing Collateral: Create print and digital materials such as brochures, flyers, catalogs, advertisements, and presentations for multiple brands. Adapt marketing assets to suit different platforms, including social media, e-commerce, and in-store displays.
Packaging and Label Design: Design product packaging and labeling that aligns with each brand's identity.
Digital Campaigns: Develop creative assets for online campaigns, including website banners, social media graphics, email newsletters, and e-commerce product images. Tailor content to various platforms (e.g, Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, Amazon, etc.).
Visual Merchandising Support: Design visuals for point-of-sale materials, in-store displays, and promotional setups that align with the branding strategies of different products.
Collaboration with Teams: Work closely with marketing, sales, and product teams to align designs with the business goals and campaign objectives. Liaise with external brand representatives to ensure designs meet brand expectations.
Skills and Qualifications
Technical Skills : Proficiency in graphic design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (PhotoShop, Illustrator, InDesign). Knowledge of video editing tools (Premiere Pro, After Effects) is a plus. Familiarity with digital design tools for social media and web (Figma, Canva, etc.).
Creative and Analytical Abilities : Strong conceptual thinking to create unique designs for multiple brands. Analytical mindset to understand brand performance and audience preferences.
Brand Management : Ability to interpret and apply brand guidelines while personalizing designs for different campaigns.
Communication and Collaboration : Strong communication skills to discuss concepts with internal teams and external stakeholders.
Education : A degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, Communication Design, or a related field.
experience : Previous experience in designing in a similar environment is essential.
