Hiring: Head Barista

Location: Doha, Qatar

We are looking for an experienced and passionate Head Barista to join our restaurant team.

Requirements:

3–4 years of experience as a Barista or Head Barista.

Expert knowledge of all types of coffee preparation, including Espresso, Americano, Cappuccino, Latte, Flat White, Mocha, Macchiato, Cortado, V60, Chemex, French Press, Cold Brew, and specialty coffee beverages.

Excellent Latte Art skills.

Experience in preparing protein shakes, smoothies, fresh juices, and healthy beverages.

Ability to serve healthy food items and ensure excellent presentation standards.

Strong customer service and communication skills.

Ability to lead, train, and supervise junior baristas.

Knowledge of food safety, hygiene, and quality standards.

Good English communication skills.

Responsibilities:

Prepare and serve all types of coffee and specialty beverages to the highest standards.

Create attractive latte art and ensure consistency in every cup served.

Prepare protein shakes, smoothies, and healthy drinks.

Serve healthy food items and maintain excellent presentation.

Train and supervise barista staff.

Maintain cleanliness and proper operation of coffee equipment.

Monitor inventory and ensure smooth daily operations.

Deliver exceptional customer service and enhance the guest experience.
