Job description:
Respond to requests for technical assistance through telephone calls or emails.
To raise Reactive Maintenance work orders for technical staff, operating the Computer Aided Facility Management (CAFM) software.
Input accurately the asset data and planned maintenance into database program.
To provide, monitor, and schedule both Planned Preventive Maintenance (PPM) and Reactive workloads for both in-house staff and contractors.
To communicate with customers, employees, and other individuals by Help Desk action and to impart information on status of work orders.
To complete work schedules and follow up with the concerned personnel to close the completed task in the system.
To generate periodic reports accurately and efficiently for client reporting.
Qualifications:
Minimum 12th level education
Proficient in English language in communication.
Computer software literate
Clerical and Administration Skills
2 To 3 years experience in Administration field.
