Requirements:

✔ Native Arabic speaker(Arabic nationality only)

✔ Good command of English

✔ Basic computer skills (MS Office, email, data entry)

✔ Minimum [2] years of experience in customer service

✔ Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Responsibilities:

Handle customer inquiries professionally via phone, email, and in person

Maintain customer records and assist with queries

Provide support to the sales and operations team
