Key Responsibilities:

Patrol hotel premises to prevent and detect any signs of disturbances, theft, or safety hazards.
Monitor surveillance cameras and alarms to respond promptly to any security breaches.
Assist guests with inquiries, directions, and any security-related concerns with a friendly and professional demeanor.
Collaborate with hotel staff to maintain order and address any security-related issues effectively.

Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent.
Previous experience in security or customer service preferred.
Strong communication skills and a customer-oriented approach.
Ability to remain calm and composed in stressful situations.
