A reputable construction company in Qatar is looking to hire a competent and proactive HSE Officer for a major power plant & water treatment plant construction project.

Minimum 5 years of HSE experience in industrial construction (Mandatory)

Experience in Power Plants, Water Treatment Plants, Substations, or heavy industrial projects

Valid NEBOSH IGC Certification (Mandatory)

Strong knowledge of excavation, scaffolding, lifting operations, and mechanical installation safety

Experience handling high- risk activities

Good knowledge of international HSE standards and local regulations

Strong communication and reporting skills
