As an Human Resources Consultant cum CV Writer you will play a pivotal role in shaping the success of both our organization and the individuals we serve. This multifaceted position requires a candidate with strong Human Resources expertise, exceptional CV writing skills, and a strategic mindset for business development.
Key Responsibilities:
Human Resources Consulting:
Collaborate with clients to develop and implement Human Resources strategies aligned with their business objectives.
CV Writing:
Craft compelling and tailored resumes that showcase the skills and accomplishments of our clients ( Job Seekers ).
Stay updated on industry trends and job market dynamics to enhance the effectiveness of CVs.
Business Development:
Identify and pursue business development opportunities to expand the consultancy's client base.
Build and nurture relationships with existing and potential clients to understand their Human Resources needs.
Client Interaction:
Deliver high-quality Human Resources and CV writing services to clients, ensuring their satisfaction.
Actively engage with clients to gather feedback and continuously improve our services.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field.
Proven experience as an Human Resources Consultant and CV Writer.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
