We are looking for an experienced Human Resources Officer with a background in the nursing profession to join our team in Qatar. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of Human Resources functions, employee relations, and healthcare workforce management.
Requirements:
Bachelor s degree in Human Resources , Nursing , or a related field.
Proven experience in Human Resources , preferably within the healthcare sector.
Knowledge of Qatar Labour Law and Human Resources best practices.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong organisational and problem-solving abilities.
Qatar VISA transfer is mandatory.
Immediate joiners are preferred.
Local hire preferred.
