Position - Human Resources Recruiter
Job Responsibilities:
Screen resumes, interview candidates (by phone or in person), administer appropriate assessments.
Conduct interviews using various reliable recruiting and selection tools/methods to filter candidates within schedule.
Advertise job openings on company s careers page, social media, job portals and internally.
Collaborate with managers to identify future hiring needs.
Develop and update job descriptions and job specifications.
Monitor and apply Human Resources recruiting best practices.
Provide well documented recruiting reports to the team.
Act as a point of contact and build influential candidate relationships during the. Selection process.
Design and implement overall recruiting strategy.
Skills:
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
Problem solving ability.
The ability to handle multiple priorities.
Detailed oriented, flexible and able to multi-task.
Proven candidate sourcing and relationship building skills.
experience with recruiting would be advantageous.
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
Proficient in Word (Excel, MS Word, Outlook).
Excellent record keeping.
-Must have valid QID with Family sponsorship/Husband sponsorship or Transferable Visa.
