We are currently seeking a skilled and reliable HVAC & Plumbing Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate must have hands- on experience in HVAC and plumbing maintenance, along with a valid driving license and strong English communication skills.

Key Responsibilities:

Perform installation, maintenance, and repair of HVAC systems.

Carry out plumbing works including troubleshooting, repairs, and preventive maintenance.

Diagnose faults and ensure timely resolution of technical issues.

Conduct routine inspections and ensure compliance with safety standards.

Coordinate effectively with the operations team and clients.

Prepare and submit clear maintenance reports.

Requirements:

Proven experience in HVAC and plumbing works.

Valid driving license (mandatory).

Good English communication skills (reading, writing, and speaking).

Ability to work independently and handle site responsibilities.

Strong troubleshooting and problem- solving skills.

Preferred:

Experience in facility management or property maintenance.

Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently.
