Key Responsibilities

Supervise instrumentation construction and commissioning activities at site

Ensure execution aligns with project specifications and safety standards

Support Management of Change (MOC) activities across project phases

Coordinate with engineering, construction, and commissioning teams

Oversee installation, testing, loop checking, and system handover

Act as site representative for instrumentation scope under client operations

Requirements

Bachelor’s Degree in Instrumentation & Control Engineering

Minimum 7+ years of experience in supervisory role

Strong background in construction + commissioning projects

Ability to work independently on- site execution activities

Strong hands- on experience in:

General Instrumentation systems

PLC systems (Rockwell Automation, Modicon)

DCS systems (ABB, Honeywell)

Functional Safety Systems (HIMA, Yokogawa, ICS Triplex, Honeywell)

Turbo- machinery Control Systems (GE, CCC)

Multi- vendor system integration (preferred)

Familiarity with client standards such as QatarEnergy and Shell

Strong coordination and site leadership skills

Ability to manage multiple contractors and vendors
