This role is focused on IT infrastructure support, networking, and direct client troubleshooting.

Core Responsibilities:

Setup and configure workstations, laptops, printers, and basic Local Area Networks (LAN).

Provide L1 & L2 troubleshooting for hardware, software, and connectivity issues on- site.

Ensure client data backups are running according to schedule.

Requirements:

Minimum 2–3 years of hands- on experience in IT Support.

Strong understanding of networking; CCNA certification is highly preferred.

Fluent in English to clearly explain technical issues to clients.

A valid Qatar Driving License is a significant advantage for independent mobility.
