Experience:

* 10+ years of relevant experience in security domain, handling network & security set ups and modifications

* Excellent project management skills and previously managed Cybersecurity projects

* Experience in network and security products

* Strong English and, ideally, Arabic language skills

* Should have experiences in managing Cyber Security Project

Educational qualifications:

Bachelor degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering or a related discipline

Professional certification such as CISSP, CISM and ITIL preferred

Detailed roles and responsibilities:

Financial

• Work with the IT department to analyze alignment of existing systems to business requirements and propose upgrades and enhancements to maximize efficiency of the organization as appropriate

• Ensure all FIFA cybersecurity requirements are met and addressed on timely manner

• Ensure the total cost of ownership on all Network & Security related component across enterprise

• Diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve problems or errors encountered with the Network & Security Infrastructure, application related to these components.

• Manage the overall project for FIFA requirements from ITD end

• Upgrade and replace defective components (as and when necessary) in a timely manner to minimize disruptions to business operations as well as escalate problems as necessary

• Notify users of maintenance requirements and effects on system availability in a timely manner to ensure minimum impact on Bank’s operations and processing activities

• Anticipate potential communication and networking problems and implement preventive measures

Customer

• Offer a professional, friendly, efficient and effective customer service to all employees on a consistent basis

• Build and maintain strong and effective relationships across all IT departments to further knowledge

• Work as a focal point of contact for all IT Network & Security related needs of the users.

• Develop good relationships with external vendors to negotiate high quality and cost- effective services and purchases

• Ensure to follow the compliances requirement to address all the issues

Internal

• Design, Analyze, Install, set- up, configure, and maintain network, communication and Security components Software’s related and equipment according to the overall objectives of the Bank

• Properly administer the overall network & security architecture to ensure bank safety , security and availability of the network & security infrastructure

• Manage overall project requirements from ITD for FIFA Cybersecurity requirements

• Control network devices/components and coordinate network access and use

• Determine the design requirements for the bank Network and Security Topology.

• Monitor network equipment for outages, traffic problems and service levels, and provide problem resolution when needed
